Returns & Refunds
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy if a product is faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, does not match its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
For a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement and may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For a failure that is not major, we are entitled to provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.
These rights are in addition to any manufacturer's warranty and are not limited by this policy.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact madruffirugged@gmail.com and provide:
- your order number
- the product and model
- a description of the issue
- photos or a short video showing the issue, where reasonably possible
We may request further information or ask you to return the product so the issue can be assessed.
Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, we will provide the remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law. Where applicable, reasonable return costs will also be reimbursed.
Change of mind
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges simply because you change your mind, order the wrong product, find the product cheaper elsewhere or decide you no longer want the item.
Please check the product specifications and compatibility information carefully before placing your order.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method used for the order.
Once processed by us, the time taken for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.
Any shipping or other reasonable costs will also be refunded where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Before returning a product
Please contact madruffirugged@gmail.com before returning any product.
We will provide the appropriate return instructions based on the product and the nature of the issue.
Please do not send a product to an address without first contacting us. Products returned without following the provided return instructions may experience delays in processing.
