Returns & Refunds
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These rights apply independently of any manufacturer's warranty and cannot be excluded or limited by our returns policy.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at madruffirugged@gmail.com with:
- your order number
- the product/model
- a description of the problem
- photos or a short video showing the issue, where possible
We'll work with you to assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.
We may ask you to return the product so the issue can be assessed. If the product is confirmed to have a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, reasonable return costs you have paid will be reimbursed. ACCC
Change of mind
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges simply because you change your mind, order the wrong product, find the product cheaper elsewhere or decide you no longer want the item.
Please check the product specifications and compatibility information carefully before placing your order.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Items that are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise do not meet a consumer guarantee are handled as set out above.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Once we have processed the refund, the time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping and other reasonable costs will also be refunded where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Before returning anything

We'll provide you with the appropriate return instructions for your claim.
Please do not send products to an address without first contacting us, as the correct return process may depend on the product and the nature of the issue.
