Phones & Features

Can I use two SIM cards?

Many of our rugged phones support dual SIM functionality. SIM and microSD configurations can vary between models, so please check the specifications on the individual product page before ordering.

Can I add more storage?

Many of our rugged phones support expandable storage via microSD card.

Maximum supported capacity varies by model, so please check the specifications on the individual product page. Unless otherwise stated, microSD cards are sold separately.

Rugged Ratings & Toughness

What do IP68 and IP69K mean?

IP ratings indicate a device's tested level of protection against dust and water.

IP68 generally indicates protection against dust and water immersion under specified test conditions, while IP69K relates to protection against high-pressure, high-temperature water jets.

We only display these ratings where they are documented for the particular model.

These ratings are based on controlled test conditions and should not be considered a guarantee against water, impact or accidental damage in every situation.

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please check the product specifications and compatibility information carefully before ordering.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at madruffirugged@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
